Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
- 4-6 tbsp milk
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions:
- Base Layer: In a medium bowl, mix together melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and beaten egg. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and walnuts until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Second Layer: In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla custard powder. Add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until mixture is smooth. Spread over the base layer in the pan.
- Top Layer: In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Once melted, pour over the second layer in the pan and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set. Cut into squares and enjoy!
