Ingredients:
- 2 cans of white beans
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Drain and rinse the white beans, then transfer them to a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup, molasses, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, and diced onion.
- Pour the maple syrup mixture over the white beans, making sure they are evenly coated.
- If using bacon, sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top of the beans.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the beans are tender and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
