Ingredients:
- 1 cedar plank
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour to prevent it from burning on the grill.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillet on the cedar plank and brush the olive oil mixture over the top of the salmon.
- Place the cedar plank on the grill and close the lid. Cook the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the cedar plank from the grill and let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy!
