Ingredients:
- 1 lb of potatoes, diced
- 1 cup of fresh cranberries
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until they start to brown, about 10 minutes.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add fresh cranberries and dried oregano, stir to combine.
- Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
