Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup of fresh cranberries
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes and cook until they start to brown, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add fresh cranberries and dried oregano, stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
