Carrot Wrap with Ginger Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large carrots, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded carrots and ginger together
