Beef Pasta with Oregano Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz pasta, cooked and drained
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
