Beef Pasta with Oregano Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz pasta, cooked and drained
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
