Ingredients:
- 2 cups of chopped kale
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped kale and cook until wilted.
- Sprinkle the coriander powder, salt, and pepper over the kale mixture and stir to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the flavors have melded together.
- Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish or on its own.
