Kale Hash with Coriander Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of chopped kale
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chopped kale and cook until wilted.
  4. Sprinkle the coriander powder, salt, and pepper over the kale mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the flavors have melded together.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish or on its own.
