Pear Gratin with Oregano Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Prepare Pears
Peel and slice the pears, then arrange them in a greased baking dish.
Step 3: Make Topping
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, almond meal, melted butter, and oregano. Mix well to form a crumbly mixture.
Step 4: Top Pears
Sprinkle the topping mixture over the sliced pears in the baking dish.
Step 5: Bake
Bake the pear gratin in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the pears are tender.
