Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of kale, washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped kale to the skillet and sauté until wilted.
- Transfer the kale to a baking dish and drizzle with maple syrup.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
