Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch of kale, washed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped kale to the skillet and sauté until wilted.
  4. Transfer the kale to a baking dish and drizzle with maple syrup.
  5. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
