Ingredients:

  • 4 large carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place sliced carrots in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture over the carrots and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until carrots are tender.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
