Ingredients:
- 4 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place sliced carrots in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the carrots and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until carrots are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
