Ingredients

  • 2 cups of roasted chestnuts
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chestnuts: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut a cross on the flat side of each chestnut with a sharp knife. Roast them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Peel and chop them into small pieces.
