Ingredients:
- 1 pound of mixed mushrooms (such as button, cremini, and shiitake), sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until they are golden brown and tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cooked mushrooms and toss to coat.
- Transfer the mushrooms to a serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
