Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of mixed mushrooms (such as button, cremini, and shiitake), sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until they are golden brown and tender.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cooked mushrooms and toss to coat.
  5. Transfer the mushrooms to a serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
