Ingredients:
- 2 zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis and the dressing, tossing to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
