Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped spinach to the skillet, stir well to coat with the ginger and garlic.
  4. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until spinach is wilted.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the spinach, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Continue to stir-fry for another minute, making sure the flavors are well combined.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
