Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chopped spinach to the skillet, stir well to coat with the ginger and garlic.
- Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until spinach is wilted.
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the spinach, season with salt and pepper.
- Continue to stir-fry for another minute, making sure the flavors are well combined.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
