Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup of chopped coriander
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets and steam until soft.
- Drain any excess water and transfer the cauliflower to a food processor. Pulse until it resembles fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower crumbs, chopped coriander, eggs, almond flour, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and shape the mixture into bread slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
