Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup of chopped coriander
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and steam until soft.
  3. Drain any excess water and transfer the cauliflower to a food processor. Pulse until it resembles fine crumbs.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower crumbs, chopped coriander, eggs, almond flour, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and shape the mixture into bread slices.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
