Mushroom Wrap with Vanilla

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

2. Add mushrooms, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are soft and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

4. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

5. Spoon mushroom mixture on top of cheese and sprinkle with parsley.

6. Roll up the tortilla like a burrito, tucking in the sides as you go.

7. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

8. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and place wraps seam side down. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
